For over twenty years, we have been substantially engaged in defending asbestos product manufacturers, vendors as well as premises owners. This firm’s principal member has served as regional counsel for an asbestos product manufacturer throughout the southeastern United States and, at times, has monitored the asbestos litigation in Texas, California and several other prominent jurisdictions.
